@eiou2 Honestly, it’s up to you. I like to leave in oil treatments for 30 minutes while I do other things. Sometimes I’ll leave in a deep conditioning treatment overnight.
As far as washing, you should wash your hair afterward so that your hair is clean without the drying effects of typical commercial shampoos (due to the oil being in your hair).

She says hot towel…not cold towel…the towel should be hot not cold…the subtitles are wrong there…

@rangerovereleven It took a month before I really saw the visual results I also added a teaspoon of hot coconut oil i did this twice a week i have a lot of free time on my hands lol I hope it works for you, its worth giving it a shot
