The ingredients are:
1.) COLD MILK
2.) GRAM FLOUR – also known as Chickpea Flour or Garbanzo Flour
3.) CURD (yogurt)

@fallenstar821 Gram Flour is also known a Chickpea Flour. It’s flour made from ground chickpeas (garbanzo beans).

does it also works for hands? i got all sort of rashes on my fingers and backhand for over a years. i went to see doctors, they gave me all sort of creams and nothing helps at all.
