I am a person who puts on powder and foundation daily. But I do not use makeup removal to remove my makeup, instead i use cleanser with makeup removal function. is that sufficient?
Is using facial wash which has the function of makeup removal sufficient to clean face with simple makeup on? ?

Yes, but I suggest you wash your face twice with the cleanser. The first time would be to rinse away the makeup and dirt.

Yes it is. Facial Wash’s sole purpose is to wash your face. When your face wash says that it is also a makeup remover..it’s an added bonus. Your face wash will contain an extra ingredient strong enough for it to break your makeup down, but yet still be gentle on your face. That is why they even have makeup remover especially made for waterproof makeup…that’s the hardest to clean with just a regular ole face wash.
