			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>An official creditors&#8217; committee includes a representative of the pilots&#8217; union to look after the group&#8217;s interests, it went as far as to accuse the pilots&#8217; union of unfairly ousting some of its members from official union positions.</p>
<p>A bankruptcy judge on Tuesday denied a bid by a group of American Airlines pilots to form its own committee to speak for it in the bankruptcy of the carrier&#8217;s parent, AMR Corp.</p>
<p>An official creditors&#8217; committee includes a representative of the pilots&#8217; union to look after the group&#8217;s interests, Judge Sean Lane ruled at a hearing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan.</p>
<p>The group, comprising former TWA Inc. pilots who joined AMR in 2001, had asked to form its own committee, saying the pilots&#8217; union, the Allied Pilots Association, harbored &#8220;hostility&#8221; toward the group and that the creditors&#8217; committee would therefore not represent the group&#8217;s interests.</p>
<p>In court papers, the TWA group said ongoing tension between it and its union stemmed from AMR&#8217;s 2001 purchase of TWA&#8217;s assets, in which disputes arose over the seniority of TWA pilots being integrated into AMR&#8217;s ranks. <a href="http://www.chicagotribune.com/business/breaking/chi-pilots-bid-for-amr-bankruptcy-committee-denied-20120306,0,201764.story">Continue reading…</a></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The benefits of green vegetables are well known these days, but it can still be difficult to incorporate them into your main meals, so hopefully this article will give you some ideas.</p>
<p>If you are eating dishes such as pasta it may seem a bit odd to add cabbage or brocolli.  However, you can add a touch of green by serving it with a side salad that contains baby leaf spinach. This will give you plenty of iron, and as it is uncooked you will get more benefits.  You can also add spinach to dishes such as lasagne.</p>
<p>If you prefer chinese or thai foods and eat lots of stir frys, then it is easy to add thinly sliced or grated green leaves. This will work with any type of cabbage or spring greens.  If you like to make sure your leaves are cooked well, just blanche them before adding them to your dish. If you finely chop the leaves they will cook quickly and mix well through the dish.</p>
<p>If you like brocolli but are unsure on how to cook it, why not steam it and serve it with a cheese sauce. If you don&#8217;t want it on its own you can add cauliflower, sweetcorn or potatoes to the dish.</p>
<p>A lot of dishes will work with a side dish of steamed vegetables which are simply seasoned with black pepper. You can easily slip in green vegetables there such as green beans.  These cook quickly and can really add to your presentation as well as giving a nice earthy flavour to any of your food. There are lots of different types of green beans, so if you aren&#8217;t keen on french beans then try runner beans instead.</p>
<p>If you prefer to add green peppers these will work well with pasta dishes, you can swap half of your red or yelllow pepper for a green one instead.  This will mean the flavour won&#8217;t be compromised buy you will still get lots of flavour.</p>
<p>There are lots of other green vegetables out there that haven&#8217;t even been mentioned, so you can see how easiy it is to add them to your cooking.</p>
